Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MoLESS) had been mandated to operationalize the Prime Minister's Employment Programme (PMEP), through the 753 local governments across the country. The Ministry was seeking to deploy an innovative and integrated Management Information System (MIS). Kazi Studios worked with OPM Nepal to design, develop and deploy the MIS system.

Key features included 

• A registration system that would aggregate nationwide registered data for the unemployed and add it to the national database. 

• A customized dashboard for different users to produce relevant data for evidence-based decision making. 

• An interoperable system that can seamlessly integrate with other systems.

• A system to allow grievance redress that allows raising tickets for each grievance and be able to tag an unemployment ID for a particular ticket.
